The client breif was to design a home that can cater for smaller numbers, but also for times where family return home for large gatherings or extended stays. The sites size, orientation and sloping nature allowed a design where multiple spaces within the housecapture stunning views of the river and city, as well as capture northern sun and prevailing breezes.
